ETDE Facility Management Canada is ETDE’s FM division in Canada, established in British Columbia in 2008.
Made up of a group of Canadian and European industry experts, the team has been engaged in the delivery of FM solutions to public and private sector clients for 20 years across the UK, mainland Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Delivering high quality services on large, complex, single and multi-site facilities, the company’s expertise covers projects in Public Private Partnerships (P3), long-term contracts on a design, build, finance and operate basis as well as traditional single service, multiple service and total FM services to established sites.
ETDE FM Canada has won a number of P3 contracts, including the new Surrey Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre and the Green Timbers Accommodation Partners (GTAP) project, the new E-Division Headquarters of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Both located in Surrey, British Columbia, the contracts were won as part of a Consortium contracted to Finance, Design, Build and Operate the facilities. The Consortium includes ETDE’s sister construction company Bouygues Bâtiment International and HSBC Investments Ltd.
